About 14% to 25% of women in their 20s and 30s in the United States struggle with irregular menstrual cycles, which often causes anxiety and uncertainty. From the lack of an intuitive and supportive way to help users understand their bodies, identify lifestyle-related triggers, and know when to seek care, this app provides a playful, accurate, and holistic menstrual tracking experience that visualize personal cycle pattern with lifestyle insight, and promotes body awareness.

Visualized Cycle Prediction with Quick Check-In

With the visualized graphic elements, the user easily check their cycle prediction and how much their daily routine are synchronized with their menstruation.

Daily Life Insights

The lifestyle pattern insights are driven according to the user's personal recoding. This feature presents how their daily routine are directly impact on the menstruation and suggest how to improve their everyday life for the better, regular menstruation.

Personal Care Note Related to Everyday Life and Menstruation

The user can record the detailed experience related to their lifestyle and period, such as today's feeling, menstrual products, symptom, or activity. By recording their personal cycle experience, they can easily check the date when they recorded on the calendar view.
